Participant Safety
We prioritise the safety of all children during yoga sessions. Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their child’s participation.
Parental Consent
Parents/guardians grant permission for their child to participate in yoga classes. They understand the activities involved and acknowledge any associated risks.
Supervision
Children must be dropped off and picked up promptly. We are not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled class times.
Health and Medical
Parents/guardians and adults in school must provide information related to children’s health and medical conditions. In case of injury or medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact parents/guardians. However, immediate medical attention will be sought if deemed necessary.
Behavioural Expectations
Children are expected to follow instructions and respect others during classes. Children who display disruptive behaviour may result in being removed from sessions or need 1-1 support.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice must be given for cancellations. Refunds may be issued based on our discretion and the reason for cancellation. If a session is cancelled by Bee at One Yoga parents will be contacted and offered a refund or the option to roll on sessions to a new block.
Media Release
Parents/guardians grant permission for their child’s image to be used in promotional materials unless explicit written notice is provided to the contrary.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take measures to ensure a safe environment we are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the yoga sessions.
